All appointment duration stated include consultation and changing time and not the total “hands on time”.
Arrival is recommended at least 15 minutes before treatment time. Please appreciate that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatment time.

If for any reason you need to cancel, we have 24-hour cancellation policy of which we can re-book you at 0% costs, otherwise any notice cancellations of less than 24 hours  will not be refunded. Spa day/ treatment  Vouchers will be redeemed and no refund paid. If rebooking is required after the 24 hour notice period then a £25 fee per booking/person/ hour will need to be paid. If you had pre-paid for a treatment 50% of the treatment need to be paid to rebook.

Please bring a £1 coin if you need to use the locker. Parking is free for our customers but you do need to register your vehicle when you arrive.

No shows will not get any refunds and any vouchers will be redeemed.
